Excellent I couldn't be happier , I wanted a few framed wall pictures of my cat who sadly died. With one of the prints I sent I had an email asking if I was sure because of how it would turn out after being resized and thank goodness they did and so I sent another in. This showed me as a company they care and take pride in their work rather than just accept the order and post it out. Great communication and customer service.

Was a little worried the frame wouldn't look as good especially as I was placing my art in it but very pleasantly surprised. Frame looks great and so happy with both pictures. Just measuring some more pictures that I will be getting frames for. Highly recommend

Ordered two frames on two occasions. First ordered a framed photo of my wedding. Two of the corners were as pictured (coming apart and overlapping). However customer service was good and I received a much better replacement. Hence I ordered again thinking I had been unlucky. The next frame the corners were chipped and overlapping. I again raised this and was sent a frame that is a bit better but still every single corner is badly chipped (photos attached). Really at a loss as to what this company is happy to send out of the door (this is definitely a production issue as the packaging is very good and you can see damage is from cuts not scuffs). Given other positive reviews I have read I can only conclude that they don't have the ability to cut and join the chunkier type of frames I ordered. I will not be buying from these again and advise anyone thinking of ordering a chunkier/ more ornate frame to consider going elsewhere.

Frames were built perfect to dimensions given and quality product but still built & delivered in good time. Customer service was good also as the Company contacted me few days after ordering to suggest changing the frame style to a thicker one due to the shape as it would hold up better under its own weight when hung than the one id selected but no pressure to do so, and that would upgrade free of charge which i thought was a nice touch as would of been happy to pay for the upgrade but them actually putting thought and pride into their product and wanting it to last not just taking peoples money and delivering something not fit for purpose that wont last. Would recommend to anyone needing custom and/or quality frames at fair prices👍🏻

Ordered an oblong frame in their black Friday deals, was told the surround was not suitable so they upgraded to a wider surround at no extra cost. Securely delivered to my address. The frame is beautiful and just what I wanted. If you need any frames I would recommend eFrame

I’m very pleased with the oak frame and mount I ordered. The website is better than some others I tried- It was easy go through options to get the frame just right, then a quick delivery and a good quality product arrived well packed.

I researched a lot of framing companies and eFrame was priced very competitively. On that basis, I wasn't expecting the excellent, quick and personal customer service I received, so to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. A fantastic service with a quick turnaround and a wonderful end result in the product itself.

The frame price for the size was very decent compared to the other sites I looked on and fits so perfectly on the picture, really like the glass they use too, it has a lovely sheen. It was considerate for them to contact me to rearrange the frame as it was too thin and not so great for support. Delivery was quick and easy to track, would definitely recommend.
